Coaching

Your Business is as Unique as You are
Emily's coaching helps audiobook narrators and other freelance artists take their careers to the next level. She's committed to helping each of her clients craft powerful performances, learn important business essentials and create effective solutions that speak to their individual struggles. Emily doesn't have a one size fits all coaching program, but rather designs a unique plan to work with you on what you need right now.
Emily works with narrators of all levels, from those doing their very first audiobook to narrators looking to become full time or work with publishers for the first time to award winning narrators trying to reclaim power over their lives.

Emily started on ACX and understands the struggles that new narrators entering the industry face now. Emily was a full time narrator working solely on ACX before she ever worked with a publisher. After deciding she wanted to move to mainstream publishing, she successfully transitioned from all indie clients to working only for publishers over the course of one calendar year. She has been working as a full time narrator for eight years and has narrated over 400 audiobooks for nearly every major publisher, including Penguin Random House, Macmillan, Harper Collins, Simon & Schuster, Hachette, Dreamscape, Blackstone, Brilliance, Tantor, Audible, and many more.
Inspired by her theatrical background, including her BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, her time at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, and her studies in performing for film and television at Stuart Rogers Studios in Los Angeles, Emily has created a unique method for engaging authentically with the text and bringing dynamic characters to life. Her approach can be used for any book, character, or genre, as evidenced by her widely varied career in many genres.
